A. Platform Usage

Access to the platform is granted after registration and account verification. You are fully responsible for every activity occurring in your account and must keep your login credentials confidential.

Any suspected password breach must be reported to us within 48 hours. You must notify us immediately of account theft or loss of a device used to access the platform.

Prohibited activities include unlawful conduct, copyright infringement, unauthorized access to systems, distribution of malware, and sharing of accounts. You bear the costs of the devices and internet connectivity needed to access the platform.

B. Representations and Warranties

You represent that you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements and that all information you provide is true, accurate and complete. Finklusi bears no responsibility for damages arising from false or inaccurate information provided by users.

C. Events of Default

A default occurs when a user violates these terms, misrepresents information, or engages in suspicious patterns of activity. Upon default, Finklusi may terminate access, block accounts, reject transactions and pursue legal remedies in accordance with applicable law.

D. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided on an as-is basis without guarantees of uninterrupted service or absolute accuracy of data. Except where caused by our negligence, Finklusi is not responsible for losses, data loss or damage arising from use of the platform. You agree to indemnify Finklusi from third-party claims arising from your breach of these terms.

E. Intellectual Property

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for its intended purpose. The Finklusi brand and all platform content remain the property of Finklusi and are protected under applicable intellectual-property law. Violations may result in termination of access.

F. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

G. Dispute Resolution

The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute amicably within 30 calendar days. Unresolved disputes will be settled through the South Jakarta District Court.

I. Other Provisions

Cookies may be required for platform functionality. Finklusi is not responsible for third-party content linked from the platform. You consent to receiving service communications via SMS, WhatsApp, Telegram, email and push notifications.

These terms may be modified with notification. You may not transfer your rights under these terms; Finklusi may assign its rights and obligations as permitted by law.
